Polk County is home to incredible hiking opportunities, including the Ice Age National Scenic Trail – a 1,200-mile trail across Wisconsin. The trail’s western terminus is located in the heart of Interstate Park and its segments are spread across Polk County through two state parks – Interstate and Straight Lake Park in Luck, WI.

The Gandy Dancer Trailhead is located at the Polk County Information Center
710 WI – 35, St. Croix Falls, WI 54024.  Access is also available in Centuria, Milltown, Luck, and Frederic.

Falls Bluff Loop combines Cascade Falls Trail, Eagle Bluff Trail, and Simenstad Trail, creating a 45-minute walk to enjoy views of the river and valley from the bluffs.
